Md. Senate to Vote on Marijuana Decriminalization

Under the Senate bill, people caught with up to ten grams of marijuana wouldn't face jail time and face a $100 fine in civil court.
The current law puts people behind bars up to 90 days and face a $500 fine.
The bill was approved by the Senate's Judicial Proceedings Committee and passed a second reading in the Senate last week.
If the bill passes the third reading it'll go to the House of Delegates.

right on colorado already raked in 5 million in taxes and it hasnt been a year leagalize in entire us we will have a balanced budget then
