Chambersburg Man Faces Sexual Abuse Charges of Child

CHAMBERSBURG, PA- Franklin County Court Officials say a Chambersburg man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted a 6-year-old girl he watched during child care.
Officials say 62-year-old Francisco Feliz, of Hackberry Drive, is scheduled for a primarily hearing Tuesday morning in Franklin County Central Court.
Feliz is charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child, first-degree felony and indecent assault of a person younger than 13 years old.
In a sworn statement, Chambersburg police say the girl's mother reported the acts of sexual abuse on March 7.
Feliz is currently awaiting trial and is being held at the Franklin County Jail on $250,000 bond.
