Students take on Log Sawing at 40th Annual Contest

Students say AG week is a chance to show what they know about farming and the outdoors, while organizers say it's a chance for the students to learn hands on.
"Nothing like hands on. That's the way I am, and I'm sure a lot of the kids. You can read it in a book, but you just got to get out and see it, and do it." says Ronald Murphy, AG Week Organizer.
Kiley lives on a farm, and raises her own beef cattle and horses. She says she has been practicing for the competition.
"Agriculture takes up my whole life, all my time, but I love every minute of it," says Flimmer.
Students and parents say the event is a tradition full of fun that brings people from all over the county together.
