FREDERICK, MD-  Officials say a Frederick man abused two 11-year-old girls, and the victims are his students at Meadow Hall Elementary School in Montgomery County.

They say 30-year-old Timothy Krupica inappropriately touched both victims, as well as forced or attempted to force both victims to inappropriately touch him.

Police say the man lives in Rooks Court, Frederick, and that the abuse took place on several occasions between September 2012 and February 2013.

People who live in Krupica's community say they never suspected having a neighbor that would do something like this.

"My friend has three daughters and they kind of play around, and she's okay with them going out, and playing with friends, and I've been here for about two years now, and it's pretty safe," says Monica Grover, of Frederick.

Krupica faces two-counts of sexual abuse of a minor and several other sexual offense charges.

Police say he's being held at the central processing unit in Rockville, and is scheduled to appear at a hearing tomorrow at 1 p.m.
