HAGERSTOWN, MD - City Council members also gave their approval to a couple other items.

Officials unanimously agreed to purchase two properties in town. 170 West Washington Street and 12 North Prospect Street were bought for just under $30,000.

The City says the properties are in such poor condition it can cause serious problems for public health, safety and welfare.

City officials also gave their approval for a stadium project analysis to see which location is best to build a ball park. This will cost the city about $12,000.
