The bowls are for the third Souper Sunday event. Each design of the bowl will vary depending on what the potter chooses to make.
The proceeds of the event benefit the Frederick Rescue Mission which helps homeless and low income people. Each person who buys a bowl will be served soups from various restaurants during a luncheon later in April.
The bowls are $25 and guests at the lunch will get to vote on which restaurant gets the Souper Soup Prize plaque.
"The first year we actually sold about 275 bowls the second year I think we sold about 300 so this year we're hoping to sell about 400 for the event," says Tammy Martinez, owner of the Little Pottery Shop.
You can start buying the bowls between February 2nd and April 7th at the Little Pottery Shop in Frederick.
