CHAMBERSBURG, PA - A woman wanted for a murder that happened 17 years ago has finally been arrested and brought back to Franklin County.

Tonya Dice was wanted for the 1995 murder of Freddie Brumfield. The victim was from Greene Township.

Brumfield was found shot to death along Funk Road in January of 1995.

Dice was found living a new life in Georgia under the name "Jessica Kreil" with her husband and three children. She's now 39.

Dice told police at the time she had witnessed the murder and cleaned up the blood. But she failed to appear in court for a drug case a few months later and disappeared.

She's being held at the Franklin County Jail, and is charged with the murder.
