Busy Day At Stores As People Pick Up Last-Minute Necessities

Some grocery stores say they're seeing more customers getting in some necessities with carts full of milk, canned goods, and toilet paper. Some stores brought in more employees to help with the added customers this weekend and Weis Supermarket even ordered extra shipments of water.
Another reason for the rush of customers is that some people had to get some supplies last minute because of cancelled trips because of the weather.
"Everybody is starting to come in now basically in panic mode," says Stan Mallow, Weis manager. "Getting all the last minute water, toilet paper, and picking up on canned goods and stuff of that nature."
