MARTINSBURG, WV - Martinsburg police are investigating a suspicious incident at Sheetz on West King Street, after surveillance cameras caught a man puncturing a woman's tire.

Police say the woman returned to her car in the parking lot and found a piece of cloth with large nails stuck in her tire. A man approached her offering assistance and said he would follow her home. She declined and called for other help.

Surveillance cameras later showed that same man following her into the lot in his car and putting the nails in her tire. He's described as a white male with dark hair in his twenties.

Police say he was driving an older truck, possibly a mid to late 80's Chevrolet pickup. The man's motive is unclear, and police want your help identifying him.
