New Developments: Shots Fired At Man In Police Stand-Off

CHARLES TOWN, WV - New developments in Charles Town, West Virginia where a man barricaded himself inside an apartment home in a stand-off with police this weekend.

In a press release officials reported police shot the suspect. He was taken to Jefferson Memorial Hospital. The suspect's condition was described as 'unknown.'

According to the West Virginia State Police it happened on 810 East Washington Street.

The suspect of Virginia reportedly threatened to shoot police.

The swat team from Martinsburg and several units were called on site.

Warrants are being obtained for assault on a police officer, terroristic threats, entering without breaking, and felon in possession of a firearm.
