PA: Bill Would Require Voters to Show Photo ID at Polls

The bill would make Pennsylvania the 16th state to require photo ID at the polls.
Critics say it disenfranchises low-income voters and senior citizens who don't have drivers licenses, but Senator Alloway said the bill was amended to address those concerns.
If passed, County Commissioners warn that it would create longer election day lines at many polling places.
