LFCC was recently ranked the 32nd fastest growing community college in the country and number one in
"We've seen a lot of changes in the technology available to us as students," says Brandon Sector, a Lord Fairfax student. "We've also seen a general increase in quality of everything that we have here.," he adds.

"The advisors are really there for you," says Latrice Nelson, a Lord Fairfax student. "They care about you. They help you get everything you need. They're just great."
School officials say they want the campus to resemble a traditional four-year school. They're starting by building a student union center. The 32,000 square foot building will have a fitness center, food court, student lounge, several exercise studios and classrooms.
"The student union will give them a chance to be involved in extra-curricular activities," says Heggoy. "To have that collaboration with their peers when they're not in class and give them that true campus feel," she adds.
