Hagerstown Man Sentenced for Fatal Drunk Driving Accident

Wayne Baker, 75, was sentenced to ten years but five of those were immediately suspended.
After serving three years, Baker will be on supervised probation.
After serving a quarter of his sentence, hell be eligible for parole.
Officials said Baker caused a December wreck that killed 21-year-old Dalen Snell of Hagerstown. Petty Officer Justin Davis of the navy, who was driving Snell, also fractured his hip and wrist in the accident.
The maximum sentence Baker could have received was 11 years.
