Two Identity Thieves Caught on Tape

A man and woman were videotaped using a stolen check card at the Wal-Mart in Hagerstown Monday morning. It was just hours after the card was stolen from a car parked along the C&O Canal. The man also used the same card at the 7-Eleven on the Dual Highway. If you think you recognize them, contact the National Park Service at 301-714-2235.
