50-year old Ron Phillips is accused of trying to meet up with the girl after meeting her in a chat room. The girl turned out be a Hampshire County Sheriffs Deputy. Police and the FBI busted Phillips after meeting arrangements at the South Branch Inn were made over this past weekend. Police said this is the first case of its kind in West Virginia.
