Family Hits Parked Car in Maryland With Two Children in the Back Seat

It happened just before one a.m. Maryland state police said the 22-year-old driver from Harrisburg hit a parked car on the shoulder. She had two children in the back seat. Both children were strapped into child seats. A one-year-old was flown to Childrens Hospital. Lauren Smith and her four-year-old were taken to Washington County hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
