Trial Delayed for Middletown Woman Accused of Vehicular Homicide

By: Import User
Updated: October 9, 2006
Investigators said Nina Bidle was driving under the influence when she hit 22-year-old Tyler Pearce. It happened while he was walking along Pleasant Walk Road in Myersville, a year ago. On Monday morning, attorneys for Bidle withdrew their motion to suppress a statement she made to Frederick County Sheriffs deputies. Deputies said Bidle was driving behind a friend, when she struck Pearce and asked that friend to go back and see what she hit. About 20 of Pearces friends and family were in court for the hearing, wearing memorial t-shirts. Prosecutors expect Bidle to go to trial in September or October.
