Rendell Signs Historic Bill

He signed special session House Bill 39 into law at the home of Pennsylvania resident Nellie Hughes, which will completely eliminate the womans property tax burden.
The bill is the largest property tax cut in Pennsylvania history. Pennsylvania seniors, like Nellie, will get the most significant property tax relief.
