Thieves Caught on Tape Stealing GPS System from Target

Two Target thieves have struck again. The sheriffs office investigators said another pair of men have been caught on tape stealing from the Hagerstown store. Surveillance video was taken Saturday night as two suspects stole a GPS system. The store has had several GPS thefts since the beginning of the year. Investigators said its always at least two people working together to take the merchandise. One person will steal the goods while one or two other accomplices stand by as a lookout.
