Man Stabbed After Early Morning Fight

It happened around one oclock near Cotswold Court in Frederick Heights.
Frederick Police didnt know who was involved until three hours later when a 22-year-old Hispanic male arrived at Frederick Memorial Hospital with stab wounds to the chest.
A short time later, police found the suspect 23-year-old Jose Romero, a few blocks away from the scene with injuries to his chest and head.
"The two incidents appear at this point to be related. Its still early in the investigation. Were trying to check out who is related to who and how the whole thing transpired. Were still collecting evidence and still trying to figure out where everyone was at the time this happened," said Sgt. Bruce De Grange from Frederick Police.
Detectives said the victim is in stable condition. Charges are pending for Romero while he recuperates.
