Cell Phones for Soldiers and NAGE (National Association for Government Employees) Local R4-78 kick off a cell phone collection drive in Martinsburg, WV. By donating your unused cell phones, you can support our brave men and women overseas. Donated cell phones are recycled which in turn provides soldiers abroad with talk time to keep in touch with families and friends here at home. Local residents can support the collection drive by donating their unused phones to the VA Medical Center location: 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg, WV 25405
