FREDERICK, MD- The Frederick Police Department Criminal Investigation arrested a man after he allegedly sexually assaulted a young girl.

It happened around 4:12 a.m. in the 800 block of N Market Street on Sunday.

Police say Antonio Maurice Little, 39, had met a 13-year-old girl earlier in the evening while walking in the area of Bentz Street and 7th Street.

Police say Little and the young girl had returned to Little's house and the two engaged in sexual conduct. Police were able to obtain a search warrant of Little's house and found marijuana and cocaine inside.

Little is charged with second and third-degree sex offense, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
