WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD- A former Hagerstown man, who went missing for more than two years, plead guilty to sex abuse charges in court this week.

According to online court documents, Robert Mulkern Jr. plead guilty to one-count sex abuse of a minor, five-counts of manufacturing child pornography and child sex abuse charges on Monday.

Mulkern was featured on "America's Most Wanted," before being apprehended last year in Vermont.

Judge Donald E. Beachley in Washington County Circuit Court ordered Mulkern to undergo a mental health evaluation before sentencing.

If convicted, Mulkern could face up to 50 years in prison.

Comments

wonder how many he molested while on the run or made pictures of castration sounds better than 50 years or give him to the perverts in prison south of hagerstown
