Police say Donald Seibert Jr. plead guilty to two counts of attempted second-degree murder and two counts of malicious assault.
Seibert was accused of shooting Robert and Laura Hicks each twice in the head.
Officials say Seibert's plea is an alford plea, meaning Seibert admits to the court the prosecution has enough evidence to find him guilty, but he's still not admitting he did it.
The court judge will ultimately decide Seibert's sentencing. It will be held on April 11.
