Police say they received a 911 phone call around 12:26 p.m. from a motorist who was involved in a road rage incident.
The caller told police that a Chevrolet Tahoe had passed their vehicle in a no-passing zone on Route 35 in Pennsylvania, just before the Maryland state line.
The caller told police as the Tahoe came to their side of the vehicle, the front seat passenger displayed a small dark colored handgun. The caller was able to describe the vehicle in detail and tell police the licence plate number.
Police were able to locate the vehicle on Route 40 at Wills Creeks and arrested James Dennen Jr., of Fairhope, Pa.
Police found a black and green 9mm Kel-tec handgun in Deneen's jacket. Police say the handgun was unloaded but the magazine for the firearm was also in his pocket loaded with seven 9mm rounds.
Dennen is charged with possession of a handgun in a motor vehicle and wear/carrying a handgun.
