Two Fugitives Arrested in West Virginia

Officers say during the early morning hours they located 31-year-old Michael Howell, of Ranson. Howell was wanted for violating his conditions of parole stemming from a burglary conviction.
Task Force officers were able to locate Howell in a home off East Park Avenue in Ranson, W. Va. and he was taken into custody without incident.
Police were also able to find 42-year-old Tina Wilt, of Martinsburg. Wilt was wanted for violating her probation from a prior conviction of prescription fraud.
Officers found Wilt in a home off of Olympic Drive in Martinsburg, W. Va.
Wilt was charged as a fugitive from justice and is at the Eastern Regional Jail awaiting her extradition back to Virginia.
