PA State Senator Reintroduces Bill to Legalize Marijuana

HARRISBURG, PA- Pennsylvania State Senator Daylin Leach reintroduced a bill Tuesday to legalize marijuana.
Leach believes by making marijuana legal it could generate revenue for the state.
The democrat from suburban Philadelphia also thinks it should be legal for medical treatment.
Leach is convinced his proposal is inevitable, even though a similar attempt failed last year.
