MERCERSBURG, PA- The Mercersburg Police Department arrested three teenagers in connection to an incident earlier this month where a woman was robbed of more than $1,000 in valuables and ATM withdrawals.

Police say Andrew John Burt, 18, Jordan McClure, 19, and Shianne Alexandra Johnson, 18, worked together in stealing a women's purse and wallet from inside her vehicle.

It happened around 7 a.m. on January 13.

Police say Amber Elaine Horner, 30, had parked her pickup truck along the side of Linden Avenue.

Horner told police she had left her wallet and pocketbook inside the vehicle, and thought she had locked the door. About two hours later Horner was leaving to go to work when she noticed her door was unlocked at the items missing.

Police say it was discovered Horner's ATM card was used at the Susquehanna Bank on North Main Street in Mercersburg.

All three teenagers are charged with criminal conspiracy. Burt is facing access device fraud charges and McClure also faces theft charges. All three teens live at the same residence on Black Road in Mercersburg, Pa.
