FREDERICK, MD -   A police officer arrested a man who assaulted him at an apartment complex Sunday night.

It happened at Windsor Gardens Apartment complex, where an officer on a patrol saw Roscoe Davis driving on the property, Davis had been cited for trespassing there before.

When Davis was stopped, he got out of his car and grabbed the officer around the waist, including his holstered gun.

After a struggle police were able to handcuff Davis. He's charged with second degree assault, resisting arrest and other charges.
