CASCADE, MD - In Cascade, Maryland one person is dead after a two-vehicle accident.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office it happened on the 14400 Block of McAfee Hill Road.
When Jason Belcher of Waynesboro, Pennsyvania was traveling northbound.
As he crossed the center line officials say Belcher's vehicle struck another vehicle head on.
Belcher was taken to Meritus Medical Center with serious conditions officials say.
The driver of the vehicle struck has been identified as Sun Winstead of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
Winstead was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation.
