Father and Two Sons Charged with Beating Man to Death

John Robey, 53, and his sons, Jonathon, 21, and Thomas, 23, are charged with second-degree murder in the beating death of Craig Myers, 26, of Rocky Ridge, Md.
It happened at the Cross Roads Inn in Keymar, Md., on August 28, 2011.
According to the clerk at Carroll County Circuit Court, the trail is currently on-going. The trial was scheduled to start this Monday and was pushed back to Tuesday after a one-day delay.
On Monday, Carroll County Circuit Court Judge Michael Galloway granted a defense motion for a mistrial because of questions about the juror's impartiality. A new jury was chosen and the trial began Tuesday.
The trial was scheduled to go on until Friday, December 14th, but has been pushed back until Monday, December 17th.
Court officials could not confirm whether or not a verdict will be announced at that time.
