Hagerstown Woman Arrested after Arson Threat

HAGERSTOWN, MD - A Hagerstown woman was arrested after making serious threats to set a family's home on fire.
Officials say Shannon Domer made these threats on Facebook. They say Domer said she'd set the victim's house on fire while they were inside.
Investigators say the two women recently had an argument.
Domer faces arson threat and harassment charges. She's been released on $1,000 bond.
