U.S. Commerce Secretary Rebecca Blank Talks Fiscal Cliff with Macy's Employees

The Fulfillment center is known for sending out Macy's products to consumers in the area.
The center which opened July 18th currently employs 1,300 full time and seasonal employees.
"It's important to ensure the middle class families in places like West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia that they should feel confident and that their families can count on stable jobs and a steady income," says acting U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Rebecca Blank.
Secretary Blank not only met with some of the employees and toured the facility, but also shared the importance of avoiding the fiscal cliff, as well as the potential impact it could have on consumer spending and retailers.
