Two Suspects Wanted in Hagerstown Bank Robbery

HAGERSTOWN, MD - Hagerstown police are searching for two suspects involved in a bank robbery Wednesday morning.

Police say it happened around 11:00 a.m. at the Columbia Bank on Wesel Boulevard. They say the suspect, a black man, walked into the bank and gave the teller a note demanding cash. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money.

Witnesses say the man is described as having a closely shaved head and thin beard. They say the man escaped in a white Chevrolet Cavalier with a white female driver.

The vehicle was last spotted heading on Burhans Boulevard driving northbound.
