HAGERSTOWN, MD - Authorities are investigating a fatal crash off the Dual Highway in Hagerstown Saturday morning.

It happened right before 2 a.m. The Washington County Sheriff's Department said Anthony Neal of Boonsboro was driving a vehicle in the eastbound lane and tried to pass the car in front of him. Neal struck the car from behind causing both vehicles to spin off the roadway.

Neal was taken to Meritus Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

As usual, you provide next to no information whatsoever on the story. I guess it's a step forward though since this article isn't riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. It's a good thing we have the Herald Mail where we can actually get a full story
