Kevin Cleeves Pleads "Not Guilty" as District Attorney Seeks Death Penalty

The case will now go to trial. A Franklin County District Attorney announced earlier this month he intends to seek the death penalty for this case.
Currently Cleeves is being held in Franklin County jail without bond.
Cleeves is accused of killing his estranged wife, Brandi Cleeves, her boyfriend and his mother. After the shooting he allegedly kidnapped his four year old daughter, Leia.
The trial is expected to get underway in the near future.
