UPDATE: Police Identify Victims in Frederick County Fatal Accident

FREDERICK COUNTY, MD - Police have now released the identities of two men killed in a crash in New Market.
Maryland State Police say Jose Diaz of Derwood and Hector Hernriquez of Gaithersburg died at the scene.
The accident happened just before 2:00 p.m. on Monday along Route 75 and Ed McClain Road.
Police say a tractor trailer carrying fruit went around a curb, overturned and fell on top of a pickup truck.
Diaz and Hernriquez were in the pickup truck.
Another person in the pickup truck was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
A tractor trailer passenger was taken by ambulance to Frederick Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the tractor trailer, Watson Pierre of Florida, was flown to Shock Trauma.
He's since been released and is now being held at the Frederick County Detention Center.
Pierre is being charged with two counts of criminally negligent homicide and one count of failure to control speed.
