Garrett Co. Man Dies While Shoveling Snow From Hurricane Sandy

GARRETT COUNTY, MD - Hurricane Sandy has claimed a life in Garrett County as thousands are still in the dark.
Emergency management officials say an elderly man in Oakland died last week after shoveling snow.
His name has not yet been released.
As of Monday morning almost 5,000 are without power in the county.
The storm has claimed a total of three lives in Maryland.
Potomac Edison says power should be fully restored in Garrett County sometime this week.
