Escaped Inmate Captured in Warren County

HOWARD COUNTY, MD - Police captured the inmate who escaped from the Warren County Jail last week.

Roy Fincham escaped while on his way to the work release building on October 20.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office says they finally arrested Fincham in Howard County, Maryland after a two-week investigation. They say they found Fincham in a Walmart parking lot Friday morning.

They also arrested Tanya McCallum, for aiding his escape.
