WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD- As Antietam Creek and its tributaries spilled its banks, the waters swallowed a car and left a driver scrambling for help.

Neighbors told us the person inside the car was traveling in the dark along Lehmans Mill Road and didn't see the flooding. A nearby farmer had to come by with his tractor to rescue the man.
