FLOOD WARNINGS are up for the entire region until further notice due to flooding of small streams and creeks.
WIND ADVISORY until 2pm with winds 30-35 mph and gusts up to 50 mph in the high elevations.
BLIZZARD WARNING for Garrett County until 6pm this evening. Up to 2 feet of heavy, wet snow is expected. The highest elevations will see the most through Wednesday.
TODAY: Sandy has moved inland and is now over south central Pennsylvania. Expect a wind driven rain will continue this morning and for much of the day, however conditions will improve this afternoon and evening as Sandy weakens. Don't be surprised to see a few wet snowflakes may mix in at times.
TONIGHT: A lingering shower, still breezy with lows in the upper 30s.
HALLOWEEN: Mostly cloudy and chilly with a shower possible. High 50.
THURSDAY: Expect more clouds than sun with temperatures around 50.
FRIDAY: Partly sunny and cool. High: Low 50s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and still cool. High: 50.
SUNDAY: A mix of sun and clouds: High: Mid 50s.
MONDAY: A cold front approaches with a chance of a shower. High: Mid 50s.
