HAGERSTOWN, MD - The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a motorcycle was stopped at a traffic light on Halfway Boulevard when a van hit it from behind.

Officials say the van pushed the motorcycle about a hundred feet across the intersection. Terry Eugene Miller and Susan Kay Miller were both transported to Meritus Medical Center. The passenger died from her injuries.

Charges are pending against the driver of the van.

I think its funny chefprez guarantees the van driver was texting yet he was 69 years old lol. If that's the case then there are some serious issues in this world.. There could be many other reasons don't guarantee anything
