BERKELEY SPRINGS, WV - West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin paid a visit to Morgan County today.
He took part in a bond signing ceremony at the Morgan County Courthouse. It will be used for more than $26-million in improvements at Cacapon Resort State Park.
"It's going to make such a difference," Gov. Tomblin said. "It's absolutely a beautiful state park."
Governor Tomblin says this will not only create more jobs but also build tourism.
