Fire investigators are accusing Godlove for setting several fires inside the home on Remsburg Road. They say he was recently evicted.
It took 50 fire-fighters to put the fire out and one fire-fighter was taken to the hospital with burns and an eye injury.
Investigators say Godlove had talked about setting the home on fire in the past.
Godlove is charged with first degree arson and other offenses.
If convicted, he could spend up to 50 years in prison.
