One firefighter was taken to the hospital to be treated for burns and a possible eye injury.
Officials say the fire broke out in a two-story home on the 6600 block of Remsburg Road. Fire crews had a hard time fighting the blaze due to narrow roads.
It took over two hours to put the fire out. The home was completely destroyed. Red cross will be stepping in to help assist the owner.
The cause of this fire is still under investigation.
