The wait for the new iPhone 5 at the AT&T store in Hagerstown was only about a half hour Friday morning.
In other parts of the country, some people have been camped out for days.
"It has a better design, bigger screen, thinner, the 3-D map, and those are the main features I like," says Luy Doan of Hagerstown as he bought his new phone.
The phone has Passbook, Apple's new etickets app, and Facetime calls no longer require WiFi connections.
Prices range from $199 to $399.
