Hagerstown Police Investigate Stabbing on Prospect Street

HAGERSTOWN, MD - Hagerstown police responded to the 100 block of North Prospect Street, where a man was stabbed.

Police say the victim suffered a stab wound to his upper torso and was taken to Meritus Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim told police he was stabbed by an unknown black man.

At this time officials are investigating the motive behind the stabbing.
