McNeal, of Chambersburg, PA was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery, one count of burglary, one count of theft and other offenses.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is asking that citizens in the Fountain Head area pay close attention to their property, especially their trash cans, porches and other areas of their yards, and report any suspicious items found to call the Washington County Sheriff's Office at (240) 313-2170.
