FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA.- A preliminary hearing was held Friday morning for the man charged with killing three people in Quincy Township.

The judge in the case says Kevin Cleeves intends to waive his preliminary hearing. Cleeves is accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife, her boyfriend and her boyfriend's mother on Anthony Highway in late July. Cleeves then took off with his 4-year-old daughter and fled to Ohio.
Police say the child was present when Cleeves shot and killed her mother and the other two victims.
He's also charged with one count of kidnapping.

His formal arraignment will be held on November 28th.

Why is this thing still alive. No DNA is needed, no long drawn out court procedures. Kill him now. Maybe some of this S***t would stop.
