The tricycle was found at a consignment shop in Dundalk, Maryland. Police will return the trike back to its rightful owner, Ethan Paugh.
This tricycle is $8000 and custom-made for Paugh to help develop his lower leg muscles. He received this tricycle through a special grant because he has Prader-Willi Syndrome. Some symptoms include a lack in muscle tone and a chronic feeling of hunger. The trike helps him be more active.
The Hagerstown City Police will be returning the bike back to Ethan Paugh Tuesday afternoon at the police department building. Stay tuned to WHAG tomorrow for coverage.
